Employer Nomination Scheme
This visa allows organization to sponsor workers in Australia. If employer operating in Australia. Employees need to show a higher level than 457 visa.
Regional Sponsored Skilled Migration Scheme
This visa options requires job offered from regional area. Positions inside this is approved by Regional Certifying Body but skills level criteria are lower than ENS visa. The resulting visa is of permanent visa. It should be cancelled if employs leaves employment within 2 years.
